8:00 AM – Meet at Nairobi City Center
Start your adventure by meeting your guide and fellow travelers at the designated point in Nairobi City Center. After a short introduction, you’ll board the shared vehicle and begin your tour.
8:30 AM – Visit the Giraffe Center
Arrive at the Giraffe Center for a close-up encounter with endangered Rothschild giraffes. Feed them from your hand, take some fun photos, and learn about their conservation story from the knowledgeable staff.
10:00 AM – David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage
Next, head to the famous elephant orphanage to watch baby elephants being fed and playing in the mud. You’ll learn about how the orphanage rescues and rehabilitates these gentle giants before releasing them back into the wild.
12:00 PM – Kazuri Beads Women’s Cooperative
Visit the Kazuri Beads Center and discover how talented artisans handcraft beautiful, colorful jewelry. Get insights into how this cooperative supports women in the community, and browse their unique creations for souvenirs.
1:00 PM – Lunch Break
Stop for a lunch break (meal not included) at a nearby restaurant. Your guide can recommend a spot for local or international cuisine.
2:30 PM – Bomas of Kenya
Spend the afternoon exploring Kenya’s rich cultural heritage at the Bomas of Kenya. Enjoy live performances of traditional dances and music, and take a guided walk through the recreated tribal villages to learn about the lifestyles of Kenya’s diverse communities.
5:30 PM – Return to Nairobi City Center
After a day filled with wildlife, art, and culture, you’ll head back to Nairobi City Center. The tour concludes with a drop-off at the meeting point around 6:00 PM.
